Timer Display
Cruise Grill Operation
Grilling
• Follow instructions for grill regulator to LP cylinder connection and leak check
found in Use and Care.
Note: After each time the regulator is connected to the LP cylinder, the grill may require two or
more attempts to light in order to get the proper amount of gas to the burners.
• Use an extension cord (See Use and Care for requirements) to plug grill into
outdoor GFI outlet.
• Open LP cylinder valve
• Press power button to turn on controller. Light ring will turn blue indicating
controller is ready for use.
• Turn control knob to desired SET Temperature and press to confirm. Each click
when rotating control knob will adjust temperature 5°F up or down.
To convert to °C, hold down control knob until display changes to °C. Changing between °F
and °C can only be done while unit is "ON" and no temperature is set.
• Light ring will pulse red until SET temperature is reached, then will glow solid red.
Temperature display will alternate between SET and ACTUAL temperature until
SET temperature is reached.
• To adjust temperature, simply rotate control knob to new SET temperature and
press to confirm.
• To turn controller/grill off, press and hold the power button until the display turns
off.
• An auto-shutoff timer will turn the controller off after two hours if there has been
no interaction with the grill. If temperature is set to less than 400°F, the auto-
shutoff timer extends to 6 hours.
Timer
• Press timer button to activate. Timer Button Icon will glow when timer adjustment
is active.
• Rotate control knob to desired time and press to start timer.
• To adjust, press timer button again to activate and rotate control knob to desired
time.
• Press and hold timer button for 2 seconds to reset to 00:00.
• Press and hold timer button for 4 seconds to turn timer off.
• To cancel timer alarm (beeping), press the control knob or timer button. Timer will
continue to beep every 30 seconds until it is cancelled.

AUTO-CLEAN
Burn off grease and food residue to make grate and emitter cleaning much easier!

With burner(s) in operation, press and hold the AUTO-CLEAN button for 2 seconds. The light
ring will turn yellow and an automatic timer will begin and will shut down the burners and
controller after timer is complete.

To return to cooking prior to completion of AUTO-CLEAN cycle, press and hold the AUTO-
CLEAN button for 2 seconds, then select desired SET temperature.
•
CAUTION: Do not leave grill unattended while using AUTO-CLEAN mode. If grill has not been
regularly cleaned, a grease fire can occur that may damage the product.
Battery Backup
Your grill is equipped with the option to run on batteries for a short period of time.
Install 4 D batteries (not included) in battery housing provided. Alternately, a Portable
Power Bank with 5V USB output may be used to extend cooking time. If no AC power
is provided to the unit and batteries or power bank are installed, the controller will
automatically use battery power for operation. The battery icon will be displayed to
indicate the power source. If batteries are installed and have insufficient power for
full controller functionality, the burners will shutdown and Error Code E01 will be
displayed.
Error Codes
If an error is detected, the controller will shut down the gas flow to the burners,
the light ring will turn orange, and an error code will be shown on the temperature
display. Refer to the error code table for how to resolve error codes. To reset controller,
press and hold the control knob until the controller resets, or turn unit off and power
on again.
