Installation and Operation
The Disposable Breathing Circuit is for single patient use only and should only be used for
manual bagging procedures.
WARNING:
The product shall only be used by trained medical employees.
CAUTION:
Do not pull or twist tubing. Attach and detach tubing from equipment using the
silicone connectors. Failure to do so could result in equipment damage.
1. Connect the corrugated hose (A) with the 15 mm to 15 mm connector (B) (see figure 1
on page 3) to the patient outlet (C) on the Resuscitation Module Patient Supply panel
(see figure 2 on page 4).

CAUTION:
Ensure all fittings are installed properly, and check each unit prior to use for
occlusions or leaks. Failure to do so could result in equipment damage.
2. Confirm that there are no occlusions or leaks in the hoses or fittings by pressure
checking the unit prior to use.
3. Connect the tubing from the adapter (D) to the self-inflating or flow-inflating manual
bagging apparatus (E) (see figure 1 on page 3).
