where the device will be used.
u)
Do not move, adjust or rotate the device in the
course of work.
v)
Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
w)
The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance
may not be carried out by children without
supervision by an adult person.
x)
Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.
y)
Do not overload the device.
z)
Make sure that the device is placed on a flat and
stable surface.
aa)
The wheel to be balanced must be free of dirt.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using
the device. Stay alert and use common sense when
using the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is intended as an aid for balancing motorcycle
wheels. Additionally, the MSW-MWB-11 model is helpful in
the alignment of spoke wheels.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
Keep the device away from any hot surfaces. The device
should always be used when positioned on an even, stable,
clean, fireproof and dry surface, and be out of the reach
of children and persons with limited mental and sensory
functions.
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
Attach the columns to the base (with the rollers facing the
inside of the device) using the 4 included Allen socket bolts
and nuts (with washers in the MSW-MWB-12 model). Make
sure that the columns are straight to each other. There are
two column offsets to choose from in the MSW-MWB-12
model. Screw the four feet to the base. In the case of MSW-
MWB-12 additionally use nuts. Screw the vial to the base.
Place the axle on the rollers. In the MSW-MWB-11 model,
additionally install the cones securing the spoke wheel and
the indicator on the column. There is no need to tighten
the indicator yet, because its position is set in relation to
the given rim. Finally, level each device on the ground by
adjusting the feet - in the case of MSW-MWB-11, it is best to
use a spirit level (not included). In the case of MSW-MWB-12
use the vial at the base.
NOTE: only a levelled device will fulfil its function. Therefore,
before each use, check that the device is level.
3.3. DEVICE USE
Wheel balancing (see reference drawings in the table
below)
NOTE: The wheels to be balanced should be clean and free
of any weights or traces of glue. The cleaner the wheel, the
greater the balancing precision and thus the better the
vehicle handling and the even wear of the tire.
Rev. 18.03.2021
Put the rim with the brake disc and valve but without tire
on the axle of the device. To do this, dismantle one of the
cones on the axle by undoing the Allen screw found in it.
Place the wheel on the axle and fix it with the cones taking
care that it is in the centre of the axle. Place the axle with the
wheel on the rollers of the device. Move the rubber rings on
the axle close to the rollers - their purpose is to prevent the
axle from sliding off the rollers. Spin the wheel gently and
let it come to a complete stop. If the wheel is not balanced,
its heavier part, always the same, will stop at the bottom.
After the unbalanced wheel stops, make a chalk mark on the
extreme opposite (top) side of the rim. Burden the wheel
with weights exactly in the marked place. It is best to start
with the lightest possible weights and add heavier weights
if necessary, making sure that they are evenly distributed on
both sides of the rim. Repeat the operation until the wheel
ceases to stop in one and the same bottom position. If the
balancing of a rim without tire requires more than 30 grams
of weights, it should be checked for possible damage.
NOTE: do not remove the chalk mark on the rim!
After balancing the rim, put the tire on it, fix it on the axle
and place on the machine. Spin the wheel gently and let
it come to a stop. Once again, mark the lightest place (at
the top) with chalk, but this time on the tire. Remove the
previously installed weights from the rim. The chalk mark
on the tire should be exactly on the opposite side to the
mark on the rim - if not, position both marks like that. In this
way the differences in the underweight will be minimized
and, with a bit of luck, will even be completely equalized.
Finally, balance the rim with the tire by the same method as
balancing the rim alone. If the balance requires more than 50
grams of weights, the tire should be replaced.

Wheel centring (MSW-MWB-11 only)
In order to centre a spoke rim, the axle should be removed
from the machine and the wheel w/o tire should be mounted
on it with the use of cones located below the rollers on the
columns (the method is similar to the mounting a rim for
balancing). Move the pointer as close as possible to the side
of the rim, but it must not touch the rim. Turn the wheel
slowly and observe the rim edge deviation from the gauge.
The rim may have a lateral deflection to the right / left or
up / down (it is oval). Stretch the spokes accordingly in the
sections opposite to the place of contact of the rim edge
with the spoke indicator and relax the opposite ones. This
operation requires feeling and, above all, experience - it
should be repeated until the rim is cantered.
NOTE: do not centre the rim with the tire fitted on it.

3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

a)
Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
b)
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
c)
Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge
it in water.
d)
Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
e)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning
(e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they
may damage the surface material of the appliance.
DISPOSING OF USED DEVICES
Do not dispose of this device in municipal waste systems.
Hand it over to an electric and electrical device recycling
and collection point. Check the symbol on the product,
instruction manual and packaging. The plastics used to
construct the device can be recycled in accordance with their
markings. By choosing to recycle you are making a significant
