Authorised sterilisation procedures
1) Seal the head and the accessories in bags in accordance with UNI
EN 868:2009 standards, UNI EN ISO 1 1607:2009 "Packaging for terminally
sterilised medical devices".
2) Sterilise the bagged handpiece in an autoclave according to EN ISO
17665-1 standard and respect the following conditions:
- Class B
EN 13060 standard.
The Ivory medical device can withstand temperatures up to
138°C.
Sterilisation time in an autoclave with 3-time pre-vacuum - at least 3
minutes at 134 °C.
3) Remove the bag from the autoclave.
