Some parts and accessories of this tool are
heavy. Use proper lifting techniques to reduce
the risk of injury.
The 881 Bender comes with a chest box that can be
used for transport and storage.
1. Depressurize and disconnect pump before touching
bender.
2. Uncouple the pump hose from the ram.
3. Remove follow bar, shoe, and saddle.
4. Disassemble bender following the assembly
instructions backwards.
5. Store bender in a cool, dry place indoors or covered
when storing outside.

Cleaning
High pressure oil easily punctures skin,
•
causing serious injury, gangrene, or death. Do
not use your hands to check for leaks. Stay away
from pressurized components. Depressurize
hydraulic system before touching the hose/
attachments. If injured, seek medical help
immediately to remove oil.

Do not modify this tool. Modifying the tool in
any manner may result in personal injury and
damage to the tool.
•
Do not attempt to open the tool. It contains no
user-serviceable parts.
Depressurize pump before touching pump, hose, or
bender for cleaning.
Wipe with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use solvents or harsh
chemicals.
Clean bending surfaces (Follow bar groove, shoes and
saddles) of any debris to reduce the risk of galling on
the bending surfaces which could lead to wrinkling or
creasing of conduit.
