8. Once all the previous actions have been carried out and with the help of a hydro-cleaning machine, hot water,
a soapy sponge and Master Clean liquid, remove the remains of the raw material accumulated in the equipment.
9. Once the cleaning process is complete and all components are completely dry, reverse the above steps to reas-
semble the equipment.
12.2. Lower Wheel adjustment
The equipment has three wheels mounted on the front plate on which the end of the barrel is supported. Two of
them are placed at the top and the remaining one at the bottom. The one at the bottom is the main support for
the barrel, when the blade is in de-tensioned mode. This wheel must be slightly offset to facilitate the process of
mounting and removing the barrel. The distance or position with which this wheel is delivered on the equipment is
the one that Master Products considers valid for most producers.
However, it is possible to adjust its position if necessary. Follow the steps below:
1. Remove the barrel cover , the plastic tray , the barrel from the body of the machine and the blade.
