there is sufficient ventilation at the
setup location.
If other appliances with open exhaust

outlets are operated at the setup loca-
tion, make sure there is sufficient vent-
ilation to prevent backflow of exhaust
fumes.

2.3 Intended use

The condensation hood is designed solely
for ventilation and extraction of exhaust air
in large and commercial kitchens. All other
uses are not authorised for the intended
purpose, and are not permitted.

Wear safety shoes.

4.1 Transporting the condensation
hood

CAUTION! Wear protective clothing
to prevent crushing from the weight
of the condensation hood and cutting
from sharp sheet metal parts.
1. Check the packaging for transport
damage. Only use the condensation
hood if no damage has been caused in
transit.
2. Transport the UltraVent condensation
hood to the setup location.
3. Unpack the condensation hood.
