5.3 Connecting condensation hoods
to the power supply
Note the colour coding of the wires to
prevent damage:

Before disconnecting the power plug
or reconnecting it to the mains, make
sure that the CombiMaster Plus is
switched off.
1. Connect the mains plug of the con-
densation hood to the power supply.
5.4 Installing the Combi-Duo

Switch off all units so that they are free
of voltage.

Switch off the UltraVent / UltraVent
Plus so that it is free of voltage.
1. Remove the 5 screws on the rear side
of the condensation hood

2. Pull out the control box [
3. Make a hole in the bottom of the con-
densation hood. Pass the cable
through the hole.
4. Connect the control cable to a free bus
interface on the condensation hood
board.
5. Attach the PG connection.
6. Insert the box.
7. Screw the 5 screws on the rear side of
the condensation hood [
8. Remove the closure on the rear side of
the condensation hood [

9. Grease the seal on the rear side of the
condensation hood.
10. Attach the pipe bracket from the ret-
rofit kit to the rear side of the con-
densation hood [
11. Connect the exhaust pipe of the
Combi-Duo to the pipe bracket. For
this purpose, use the hose clamps and
the connection hose.
12. Install the control line. This procedure
corresponds to the procedure for the
single unit.
13. Install the shield cable. This procedure
corresponds to the procedure for the
single unit.

UltraVent condensation hood lid.
Wear protective gloves during
installation and maintenance.
WARNING
Non-regular cleaning of the UltraVent
condensation hood
Risk of fire due to dirty condensation
hood.
Clean the condensation hood regularly
according to the manufacturer's
recommendations.
