DETAILED SET UP
Unpack and assemble the unit
1. Open the carton and lift off the packing material
on top.
2. Using both hands, lift up the black top (chassis),
and set it aside carefully. The side covers are taped
closed for transport.
3. Remove the contents from inside the cabinet and
verify all parts are included:
• Casters (4)
• 1041(CN) Wick
• Float and float support (with two screws)
• 1051(CN) Air filter
• Refill hose
4. Turn the cabinet upside down and insert the casters
into each of four holes. Casters should be inserted fully,
so the stem shoulder is snuggly fitted reaching the
cabinet base.
5. Set the cabinet right side up and install the float:
a. Remove two (2) screws taped to the float
support.
b. Insert the float into the float support.
c. Using a Phillip's screw driver two screws install
the float support into predrilled holes on cabi-
net floor.
6. Install the wick by hooking the lip of the wick frame
onto the mounting rib inside the back on the cabi-
net. See the illustration.
7. Install the chassis (powerpack) onto top of cabinet.
Install chassis before installing the water bottles to
ensure proper fit.
8. If desired, install the optional air filter onto the back
of the cabinet by clipping the hooks into the small
slots as shown in the illustrations.

Fill and install water bottles

1. Each water bottle contains 2.75 gallons.
2. Remove the bottle cap and fill each bottle at the sink
or using the fill hose (as needed). Use cool, clean
water. Fill the bottles, only. Do not fill the cabinet res-
ervoir or leakage may occur.
