5.2 • FUNCTIONS - OPTIONS - UPPER HEATING PLATE
Adjust the upper plate according to required tem-
perature.
If available, refer to the values of temperature
indicated on the side.
• HOLDING
The white led light of button T2, indicated by the
double wave is on.
If you select holding function, you will see the
message "Hold" on the display.
Place your dish on the working plate of your
appliance.
Adjust the upper plate according to required tem-
perature.
If available, refer to the H levels of holding tempe-
rature indicated on the side:
- Level H1 = 70°C
- Level H2= 80°C
- Level H3 = 90°C
- Level H4 = 100°C
• AU GRATIN COOKING WITH TIME SETTING +
HOLDING
Both led lights of button T2 are on.
Rotate the knob to set time for au gratin cooking.
Max time is 20 minutes.
On the display, you will see set time alternating
with message "C__H".
NOTE - Once au gratin cooking is over, the pro-
gram gets automatically into holding function.
