I nsert screw, lock washer and flat washer assembly
through hole in stand. Thread into one end of the handle.
Tighten the screw using a Phillips head screwdriver.
R epeat on other side.
Press the leg lock lever to release each leg then unfold
the legs on the stand until the locking pins click in place.
Set the stand in an upright working position.
NOTE: Check to ensure the stand is stable and all the
legs have the locking pins engaged.
INSTALLING THE WHEELS
See Figure 4-5.
Wheels are provided to assist in moving the stand to the
desired location.
Install the end of an axle through one bracket as shown.
NOTE: The outside end of the axle can be identified by
the O-ring that supports the large flat washer. It inserts
into the wheel.
Assemble a flat washer (M8) and nut (M8) to inside end
of axle to secure axle to bracket.
Slide a large flat washer (M8), a wheel, and a flat washer
onto the outside end of axle.
Install and tighten nut to retain wheel on the axle.
Repeat for other axle and wheel assembly.
NOTE: Make sure the wheels turn freely after installation.
INSTALLING MATERIAL SUPPORTS
See Figure 6.
The material supports help balance and support the
workpiece during cutting operations. The material supports
for this stand come preassembled.
To install the material supports:
Mount the material support with extra stand legs to the
wheel end of the stand
Slide the material support into the mount at the end of
the extension arm.
Tighten height adjustment knob to secure the material
support.
