Vegetable slicer
Important safety information
▪ Switch off the appliance and disconnect from the mains supply
before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
▪ After using the appliance and attachments, clean all surfaces/parts
that have come into contact with food. Follow the instructions in
the "Cleaning and care" section.
▪ The attachments are only intended for use with the WMF Profi Plus
food processor.
▪ Follow the safety instructions for the WMF Profi Plus food proces-
sor.
▪ Caution: The knives and blades are sharp! Handle with care to avoid
injury. When working with the feeder, do not reach or insert objects
into it other than the stopper provided.
▪ Do not reach into the attachment while it is in operation.
Keep your hair or loose items of clothing, for example, away from
the feeder.
Purpose
Use the vegetable slicer to cut and grate vegetables, fruit and nuts.
Using the shortbread biscuit attachment on the mincer, you can mould the biscuit dough into differ-
ent shapes.
Before using for the first time
Remove all packaging from the attachments.
Clean the appliance before use as described in the chapter on "Cleaning and Care".
▪ Switch the WMF Profi Plus food processor off and remove the plug from the mains supply.
▪ Open the front attachment hub on the WMF Profi Plus kitchen machine.
▪ Place the attachment up against the hub. Lock the attachment into place by turning it anticlock-
wise slightly as far as will go.
Assembling the vegetable slicer
▪ Select the required cutter insert.
▪ Insert the cutter insert into the casing. For this hold the cutter insert lock upwards.
Note: Use a kitchen hand towel to insert or remove the cutter inserts to prevent your fingers from
slipping.
▪ Press the cutter insert lock downwards.

Note: The foods listed in the table serve as a guide; the appliance can also be used to process other
foods.
We recommend using the speed settings 2 to 4 as the hardness and consistency of the food may vary.
