BURDENS ON THE CUSTOMER

- The Customer undertakes to respect and enforce all the law and
regulations in force about safety, injuries prevention and hygiene.
- The costumer has the responsibility to prepare the area where
the machine will be placed, being sure to respect the safety
norms in force apart from what is described in this manual.

WARRANTY

The machine complies with CE safety norms and it's subject of
the strictest controls during production and testing.
The machine's warranty lasts 12 months after the delivery date.
The warranty covers material and functional defects provided
that assembly, installation and use are in conformity with the
instructions reported in the current manual and in the user one
and that any tampering won't be made without the manufacturer's
authorization.
Wearing parts are out of the warranty.
The warranty voids in these cases:
- if the machine isn't used in conformity with the Manufacturer's
instructions, with negligence and neglect.
- if the machine (or its parts) suffers modifications, repairs or
tamperings unauthorized by the manufacturer.
- if defects come from non-original spare parts.
