Removing the Filter for Clean-in-Place

Requirements
The operator is prompted to remove one or more filters from the device on
the screen of the control unit. This should be done before running the
clean-in-place (CIP) with the CIP block provided.
Procedure
Unscrew the Luer lock rings (1) on the Luer fittings. and twist and pull on
t
the Luer tapers to disengage them from the filter. Make sure to hold on
to the Luer fitting when doing so and not the compression fitting.
Once all 3 fittings are disengaged: Unclip the outer part of the filter hold-
t
er.
Remove the filter and discard appropriately.
