When the CIP protocol is complete:
Unscrew the Luer lock rings on the Luer fittings (1) and twist and pull
t
on the fittings to disengage them from the CIP block. Make sure to
hold on to the Luer fitting when doing so and not the compression fit-
ting.
Once all 3 Luer fittings are disengaged: Unclip the outer part of the

filter holder. Remove the CIP block.
Replace the Luer caps on the CIP block .
Unclip the inner part of the Sartocon
Pull the handle (2) forward.
Remove the adapter (1) from the Ambr
Store the adapter and holder in the stand (1) provided in between
filtration processes.
Push the pressure plate (1) all the way backwards. This closes the filter
holder.
Push the handle (2) into the initial position. The clamp is self-closing and
requires only a small amount of force to close.
Follow the prompts on the screen of the control unit
