Please operate according to the
following procedures:
Turn on the fuel switch, see Fig.10.
Put the fuel lever on the starting
position.
Put the choker on the full position.
Pull the starter for a few times and
have it returned slowly. Do not leave
the handle to return freely to avoid
the damage of the starter.
Close the choker and pull starter
handle until the engine fires.
After starting the engine, open
choker fully.
Let the engine run at low speed for
2-3 minutes, then start the spraying
or dusting operation.

STARTING THE WARM
ENGINE
Leave the choker fully open.
If the engine draws in too much fuel,
leave the fuel switch fully close, pull
the starter 5-6 times. Then start the
engine as above.
SPEED ADJUSTMENT
Speed does not meet the fixed
number with the fuel lever at the
working position or the engine
cannot stop with the handle at the
lowest position.
Regulate as the following.
Loosen the lock nut.
Turn the regulating screw right to
decrease the speed, otherwise, to
increase the speed.
After adjustment is finished, tighten
the lock nut. See Fig.11.

STOPPING THE ENGINE
During misting operation turn off the
chemical switch first, and then stop
the machine.
During dusting operation, put the
fuel lever and dusting lever at the
close position.
After finish work, turn off the fuel
switch in order to avoid difficult
start next time.
NOTE: While the engine is
running, the hose must be mounted
to the machine, otherwise, cooling
air will be reduced and the engine
may be damaged.
SPRAYING
Operation of the ultra low-volume
spraying
The operator's walking direction is
determined by the wind direction,
The walking speed is 0.7 ~ 1.1m/s
and spraying width is about 10 ~
15m. In the distance that the dotted
line represents, the user should
shut the chemical switch and low
the engine speed. Clean the nozzle
head with dry cloth after half-day
work, remove the toothed disk
assembly, wash its orifices with
diesel to ensure a free passage for
liquid chemical.
LOOSEN
The quantity of chemical sprayed
can be regulated according to
requirement, as shown in Fig.13:
after removing the gear plate and
back lid, turn the graduator pipe on
the nozzle head so that the hole on
the graduator can align the hole on
the nozzle head, so the quantity can
be change. The every quantity of the
four holes on the nozzle head is:
