6.2 BATTERY CHARGER CONFIGURATION
We recommend to call the assistance centre or a
technician if you have problems with the setting
given.The machine is equipped with a battery char-
ger configurated for GEL maintenance free battery.
If you whish to equip the machine with Pb-Acid
batteries,
AGM or OPTIMA batteries, it is necessary to change
the battery charger settings as follows:
DISPLAY OF THE BATTERY CHARGER SET-
TINGS The battery charger settings are shown
by the blinking of the LED indicator when the
battery charger is switching on:
- the RED LED indicator ( Photo 13 -B ) flashes 2
times = the battery charger is set for PB-Acid
batteries
- the GREEN LED indicator ( Photo 13 - C ) flashes
2 times = the battery charger is set for GEL/
AGM or OPTIMA batteries.
- Calibration change when batteries are discon-
nected.
The battery charger settings will be displayed even
if the battery is not connected.

CURVE SETTINGS FOR BATTERY CHARGER

To set the charging curve type for Pb-Acid,
GEL/AGM or OPTIMA batteries it is necessary to
operate on the dip-switches placed inside the bat-
tery charger ( Photo 13 - D ) ( Photo 13 - F ).
To access the dip-switches it is necessary to re-
move the lower panel of the battery charger (
Photo 13 - A ); it is also possible to reach the dip-
switches by
removing the plastic cap ( Photo 13 - E ).
To configurate the charging curve related to the
different battery type it is necessary to set the dip-
switches as indicated in the Table A here below:

6.3 BATTERY CONFIGURATION
Photo 6. Keep A and B pressed and turn the power
on key. When " calibration" is displayed press F too.
Release all the buttons. Press C+ or C- to select
" Battery" and press F to confirm. Press C+ or C- to
select " Pb-Acd" or " GEL", press F to confirm.
In the main menu select " exit" and press F to con-
firm.
6.4 BOOST MODE
To activate the "boost" mode when the scrubber
is turned on, hold C + for about 3 seconds. The
display will the message "boost": the machine will
have the maximum traction power for 20 seconds
to facilitate the ascent on the ramps; then the stan-
dard power will be automatically reset.
