1.- ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
1. Take the unit out of its box and make
sure that all of the pieces are there:
ATTENTION: The assistance of a
second person is recommended
when assembling this machine

2.- FITTING THE MAIN POST.-
Bring the main post (2) up to boss on
the main body (1), Fig.3, connect the
terminals (61), (76) Fig.3.
Place the main post (2) on the main
body (1), Fig.3, making sure not to
snag any of the cables.
Refit the screws (30) and the washers
(50), (53) and tighten securely.
Lower the handlebar post cover (105)
for the main post (2) down over the
boss section of the main body (1).
3.- FITTING THE
HANDLEBAR.-
Bring the handlebar (7) to the main
post (2) and put the pulse wires as
shown on Fig.4. Fit the handlebar (7)
on the main post (2) and secure it
using the screws (30) and washers
(50), Fig.4.
Fit the handlebar cover (104) using
the screws (83), Fig.4.
4.- FITTING THE MONITOR.-
Take hold of the monitor (87) and bring
it up to main post (2), connect the
terminals coming out of the bottom of
the monitor, with terminals coming up
out of the top of the main post (2),
Fig.5.
Attach the monitor (87) using screws
(118), Fig.5, making sure not to pinch
the wires.
IMPORTANT: It is advisable to
retighten these screws after one
month of using the machine.
5.- FITTING THE FOOT REST
FOCUS BARS.-
Place the left foot bar (8) on the rail and
insert the screw (35) and the washer
(49).
Fit the cover (108) using the screw
