4. Mounting
4.1 Mechanical mounting
Only use the pressure transmitter if it is in perfect condition with respect to safety.
Prior to commissioning, the pressure transmitter must be subjected to a visual inspection.
Leaking liquid is indicative of damage.

Obvious damage must be reported immediately.

Mounting the instrument
The max. torque depends on the mounting point (e.g. material and shape). If you have any questions,
please contact our application consultant.

Seal the sealing faces.

At the mounting point, screw the pressure sensor in hand-tight.

Tighten with a torque wrench using the spanner flats.

Hexagon at the case, spanner width 22 mm:
■
- Open-ended spanner: 30 Nm ±5 %
- Socket wrench: 50 Nm ±5 %
Optional hexagon at the process connection, spanner width 27 mm:
■
- Open-ended spanner: 50 Nm ±5 %
- Socket wrench: 50 Nm ±5 %
