5. CABLE CONNECTION
1. Make sure that the ON/OFF switch at the rear of the device is in the "OFF" position. Connect the equipment to the power
supply.
2. Make sure that the air pressure adjustment knob [A] is set to minimum. Connect compressed air supply.
CAUTION! Make sure that the power supply parameters and gas pressure are in accordance with the values in the technical
data table of this document or with the device nameplate.
3. Connect the burner cables to the control connector and the current and gas connector.
4. Connect the grounding wire to the connector, paying special attention to the clamp being firmly attached to the workpiece.

6. CUTTING OPERATION
1. Set the ON/OFF switch to ON.
2. Adjust the pressure using the knob on the filtering and reduction unit (lift the knob, rotate it to set the desired
pressure, and push to the initial position).
3. Set the appropriate cutting current according to the thickness and requirements of the workpiece process.
4. Press the plasma burner trigger; the noise of evacuating air should be heard.
Note: when triggering the plasma burner, always direct its outlet at a safe place.
5. You can start cutting the material.
6. If the equipment overheats, the protection will trip. Only after the equipment has been cooled can it be restarted.
