Possible cause/What to do
Make sure there is ice in the ice storage box.
Check if ice is melted. If the ice will not be used for a long period of time, empty the ice stor-
age box and turn off the ice maker.
Make sure the water line is properly connected, the water supply valve is open, and that the
water supply pipe is not bent.
The ice dispensing function can only be used when the refrigerator compartment door is
closed.
Make sure the ice storage box is properly installed.

The filter and the dustproof plug must be installed before water can be dispensed. Make
sure these components are properly installed in place.
Make sure the water pressure is 30-100 psi.
Replace the water filter.
It is normal for a few drops to come out from the water dispenser. However, if water keeps
dripping, check the connection of the water line.
If the refrigerator is not used for more than four days, dispense at least one gallon of water.
Replace the filter in time.
