EC conformity statement
3- Inflate the front and rear tyres (See section 7.10).
4- To make things easier, we advise you to disassemble the
fairing.
5- Assemble the two halves handlebars complete with the brake
lever and throttle cable by removing the handlebar u-bolts
and positioning them on the fork leg at the desired height and
then fastening in place by tightening the M6 TCEI screws
(socket head screw with socket head key by 5, photo no. 2).
6- Position the front and rear brake levers by fastening the lever
u-bolts at the desired inclination using the M6 TCEI screws
(socket head screw with socket head key by 5).
WARNING! Carefully make sure that the brake levers, once
released, do not strike the fairing when reassembled. Contact
between the levers and the fairing must be absolutely avoided.
7- Disassemble the throttle cover. Make sure that the respective
cable is inserted correctly in the cable winder housing and
close the cover. Then position the throttle against the brake
lever and tighten it in a position that permits complete free

Paragraph 7.7)
8- Disassemble the footrest supports from the frame and assemble
the footrests using the screws provided (photo no. 3).
9- Fill the engine cooling circuit (when provided - see Paragraph
3).
We suggest fill in the cooling circuit where you are going to ride
the bike.
WARNING! The cooling circuit normally comes without
fluid; remember to fill the circuit before starting the engine, using
distilled water (see Paragraph 3). Do not use other liquids than
water.
REMEMBER: as described in this manual regular maintenance
and inspection before use are essential. If maintenance or special
repairs are required, contact your POLINI MOTORI dealer. Due

This guarantees longer life and ideal performance, and therefore
we strongly recommend that you always insist on POLINI
MOTORI original spare parts.

To proceed with a correct and safety carriage of the vehicle from
the garaging to the track it is necessary:
- Be sure that the tank is empty in order to avoid petrol dripping;
- Place the kickstand on a horizontal flat on the vehicle you will
use to transport the bike;
- Place the bike on the stand, fix it with belts and ropes being
sure it always stays in vertical position during the carriage.
WARNING! Never transport the bike with the engine full of
petrol or with the muffler or other parts hot.
