Removing the 5-point harness system
1. Pull the reclining adjusting handle to the most reclined 4 position (picture
F1).
2. Release the installation bar lock on the top left side shell and remove the
installation bar, pull and hold the shell forward.
3. Unhook the shoulder pad straps from shoulder pad connector. Unhook the
shoulder harness straps from yoke.
4. Pull out the shoulder straps and harness.
5. Take out the metal retainer buckles (with a small tilt is easier to go out).
near the belt guide hole from the front of the shell (picture F10-b).
6. Unlock the 5 point harness buckle, hold the the buckle and then take out
another metal retainer buckle (picture F10-a) through inner slots on the
back of the shell and back out the outer slots, to the front to remove the
harness.
Note
Remove the 5 point harness system with the above order. Note that the metal
retainer buckles go all through inner slots 1 then out slots 2 (Picture F10-c).
Check and make sure the metal retainer buckles are well fixed.
