Before requesting a repair, please check the following solutions. If the problem persists, please

Is the power plug unplugged? Or is there a power outage?
•
Connect the power plug.

Check if the water valve is open.
•
If the water valve is closed, open the valve.

Is the nozzle clogged with a foreign matter?
•
Please clean the nozzle.

Check the indicator light to see if the water pressure level is too weak.
•
Adjust the water pressure to a stronger setting.

Is the filter clogged?
•
Clean the mesh filter with water and brush.
-
Is the water pressure too low?
•
It works
properly
above a certain water pressure.

Check the indicator light to see if the water pressure level is too weak.
•
Adjust the water pressure to a stronger setting.

Is there enough water supplied to bidet?
•
Turn off other faucets in use to allow enough water to come out.

Is the nozzle or mesh filter clogged with a foreign matter?
•
Clean the nozzle hole or mesh filter with water and brush.

Is the [WATER TEMP.] button set to the first level (low)?
•
Adjust the [WATER TEMP.] button.

Is the ECO Mode turned on?
•
Turn off the ECO Mode.

Check if water is leaking from the Water Supply Hose connector.
•
Check that each connecting part, especially the Rubber Washer, is not
missing.
Tighten the Water Supply Hose connector again. Insert the drain cap
-
tightly.
Is the seat's heater setting turned OFF?
•
Use the [SEAT TEMP.] button to adjust the temperature level to low -
-
high range.
Press the button to set the temperature level.

Is the power saving mode turned on?
•
Please turn off the power saving mode.

After cleansing, does water briefly come out from the nozzle?
•
The nozzle cleans itself before and after cleansing, so it is not a
-
malfunction even if water comes out from the nozzle.
