Warranty Information
1. SK Magic warrants its BID-018D, BID-S24D series bidets ("Product") to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship during normal use and service when properly installed in accordance
with the User Manual/Guide, for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. This limited
warranty is extended only to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER of the Product and is not transferable
if you sell or otherwise transfer the Product to any third party, including but not limited to
any subsequent purchaser, user or owner of the Product. This warranty applies only to Product
purchased and installed in the United States of America. The one (1) year warranty period will
not be extended for any reason, including repair or replacement during the warranty period.
2. SK Magic's obligations under this limited warranty are limited to repairs or replacement of the
Product found to be defective in normal use, provided that such Product was properly installed,
used, serviced and used in accordance with the User Manual/Guide. SK Magic reserves the right
to make such inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect.
3. If the Product is defective, SK Magic's obligations under this warranty are limited to repair or
replacement at SK Magic's option, and in its sole discretion, of Product or its component parts
that are found to be defective, provided that the Product was properly installed and used in
accordance with the User Manual/Guide. To obtain repair service under this Warranty, you must
contact SK Magic Customer Service Center to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number. To receive an RMA number or to speak with a customer service representative, please
call 833-757-8200 or e-mail SK Magic Customer Service Center at skm_global2@sk.com. You
must then take the defective Product or deliver it to SK Magic Customer Service Center 3 Sperry
Road, Fairfield, NJ 07004 with proof of purchase (a copy of your original receipt), a brief written
explanation of the defect(s) and the RMA. In connection with any such service, SK Magic shall not
be responsible for any cost of removal, delivery of the Product to the SK Magic Customer Center,
return of the Product to the customer and/or re-installment of the Product. SK Magic reserves the
right to make such inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect.
In its sole discretion SK Magic may opt to replace the Product rather than to repair it.
4. Please only install and use the Product according to the User Manual/Guide. If you fail to use the
Product according to the User Manual/Guide, this limited warranty will be deemed void. For this
limited warranty to be valid, you must provide a proof of purchase. If the Danger Label which has
been placed on the Product is broken or otherwise not intact, this limited warranty is void.
5. This warranty does NOT apply to the following items:
(1) Damage which occurs during shipment
(2) Damage or loss sustained through any natural or man-made causes beyond the control of SK Magic,
including but not limited to a natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder, storm, etc.
(3) Damage or loss resulting from improper installation or from installation of the Product in a harsh and/or
hazardous environment, or improper removal, repair or modification of the Product.
(4) Damage or loss resulting from electrical surges or lightning strikes or other acts which the Product is not
specified to tolerate.
(5) Damage or loss resulting from normal and customary wear and tear, maintenance or cleaning practices.
(6) Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system.
(7) Damage or loss resulting from any unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care, cleaning,
or maintenance of the Product.
