Working

Actuating the spray gun
Point the spray gun at the object to
N
be cleaned – never at persons!
Point the rotary nozzle downwards

when starting (if fitted)

Press the safety latch (2) downward
N
– the lever (1) is unlatched
Squeeze the lever (1)
N
The motor stops when the lever is
released.
Standby mode
NOTICE
The machine must not be operated in
standby mode for more than 5 minutes.
If work is interrupted for more than
5 min., during breaks or if the machine is
left unattended, switch off the machine
at the master switch – see "Switching off
the machine".

High-pressure hose
NOTICE
Do not buckle or loop the high-pressure
hose.
Do not place any heavy objects on the
high-pressure hose, and do not drive
any vehicles over it.
Pressure/quantity control
Working pressure and water flow rate
can be set on the high-pressure pump
for long-term adjustment in line with the
cleaning job concerned.

Turn the knob (1) clockwise to
N
increase the working pressure and
water flow
Turn the knob (1) anticlockwise to
N
reduce the working pressure and
water flow
The pressure in the high-pressure
pump is indicated by a pressure
gauge (2)

Adding detergent

Hold the detergent tank by both
N
handles and pull it out to the stop
Unscrew the cap with intake hose
N
from the detergent tank
Fill detergent tank with STIHL
N
detergent diluted as specified
Seal the filling opening of the
N
detergent tank with the cap
Press against the detergent tank
N
until it engages in the housing
Turn sleeve as far as possible in the
N
direction of the arrow (low-pressure
operation)
Detergent can only be drawn into the
machine in low-pressure operation.
