ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Before starting any assembly, work note the
safety instructions.
Carry out all assembly work on a horizontal, firm and
clean surface. Respect the assembly positions and
always ensure a stable and safe position of the
appliance.
Wear tight gloves when working with the tines.
Drive wheels
Drive wheels
1. Install both wheels on the shaft (37);
2. Fit the wheels shaft to the drive shaft (38);
3. Insert the shear pin in the wheel shaft hole and in the
drive shaft hole. Insert the split pin;
Pay attention to the direction of rotation of the
wheels.
Front support frame
1. When stopping or storing the tiller, you must place
the front support frame (1) in a vertical position to
keep the appliance balanced;
2. When using or transporting the tiller, the front
support frame must be lifted up;
Handlebar
1. Place the rubber grip on the handlebar quick-release
lever;
2. Loosen the handlebar quick-release lever and
remove the handlebar fixing screw;
3. Line-up the handlebar holes (9) with the handlebar
stem hole (34);
4. Insert the handlebar fixing screw in the holes with the
washers on;
5. Adjust
the
height
tightening/loosening the stem in its fixing points (17);
6. Tighten the handlebar quick-release lever;
7. Attach the cable ties;
Battery holder
1. Line-up the battery holder holes with the handlebar
stem holes (34);
2. Tighten all 4 fixing screws.
3. Place the rubber sheet supplied at the base of the
holder;

handlebar
Battery connection
1. Place the battery (6) in the holder with the terminals
facing the handlebar;
2. Fasten the cables to the battery terminal clamp;
3. Attach the battery cables according to the polarity:
-Red cable to the positive terminal (+);
-Black cable to the negative terminal (-);
4. Attach the other terminal of negative cable (-) to
ground;
5. Attach the other terminal of the positive cable (+) to
the ignition coil;
Placing the battery cover
1. Insert the battery cover;
2. Place the battery cover fixing bar;
3. Insert the clamping rods (28) into the fixing bar holes;
4. Place the washers and tighten the lock nuts;
Automatic start-stop system
1. Place the base of the engine start-button (ON/OFF
SWITCH) on the handlebars. Fit the fixing screws and
tighten the lock nuts;
2. Remove the key from the ignition switch;
3. Remove the nut and lock washer;
4. Insert the button (ON/OFF SWITCH) in the support
base;
5. Place the washer and tighten the nut;
6. Make the electrical connections;
Gear shift lever
1. Attach the transmission shift rod (29) to the Gear
shift lever (10), placed on the handlebar. Insert the
split pin;
2. Attach the transmission shift rod to the gear lever
(27). Insert the split pin;
Fender guard
by
1. Install the fender guard rear support bar (40) on the
fixed attachable farming implements holder. Tighten
the fastening screws with the respective nuts and
washers;
2. Remove the fixing screws from the front support
frame;
3. Install the fender guard side support bar (39) with the
flap facing forward and tighten the screw;
4. Adjust the fender guards (23) of according to the
holes in the support bars. Insert the screws, washers
and lock nuts;
5. The fender guard with the sticker of the gearbox oil
level, is installed in the gearbox oil cap side (26).
