HOW TO USE YOUR PRESSURE COOKER

Check recipe for specific cooking method and cooking time.
•
Pour required amount of liquid into the Pressure Canner, and then add food.
Caution: Never fill your Pressure Canner more than two-thirds full. For food that expands during cooking,
like rice or dried vegetables or stewed fruit, never fill your Pressure Canner more than one-third full.
•
Look through the vent pipe to be certain that it is clear before placing lid on Pressure Canner body.
•
Place lid on Pressure Canner and close securely.
