• Remove the battery (11) from the tool (fig. A).
• Plug the charger (13) into a mains socket (230 V AC).
• Insert the battery (11) into the charger (13) (fig. B). Make sure that
the battery is properly seated (fully inserted).
After connecting the charger to the mains socket (230 V AC), the
green diode (12) on the charger will light up, which indicates that
the voltage is connected.
After placing the battery (11) in the charger (13), the red diode (12)
on the charger lights up, which indicates that the battery charging
process is in progress.
At the same time, the green battery charge status LEDs (15) flash in
different patterns (see description below).
• Pulse lighting of all LEDs - signals the exhaustion of the battery
and the need to recharge it.
• Flashing light of 2 LEDs - signals a partial discharge.
• 1 LED flashing light - indicates a high battery level.
After the battery is fully charged, the LED (12) on the charger lights
up green and all the battery charge status LEDs (15) glow
continuously. After some time (approx. 15 seconds), the battery
charge status LEDs (15) go out.
The battery should not be charged for more than 8 hours. Exceeding
this time may damage the battery cells. The charger will not turn off
automatically when the battery is fully charged. The green LED on
the charger will remain on. The battery charge status LEDs go out
after a while. Disconnect the power supply before removing the
battery from the charger socket. Avoid successive short recharges.
Do not recharge the batteries after using the device for a short time.
A significant decrease in the time between the necessary recharges
indicates that the battery is worn out and should be replaced.
The batteries heat up during the charging process. Do not start work
immediately after charging - wait for the battery to reach room
temperature. This will prevent damage to the battery.
SIGNALING THE STATE OF BATTERY CHARGE
The battery is equipped with battery charge status indicator (3 LEDs)
(15). To check the battery charge status, press the battery charge
status indicator button (14) (Fig. C). All the LEDs light up to indicate
that the battery is high. Two LEDs on indicate partial discharge. Only
1 LED flashes means the battery is empty and needs to be
recharged.
FASTENING THE SAW BLADE
The assembly and replacement of the saw blade is carried out
without the use of tools.
• Move the saw blade lock lever to the unlock position.
• Push the saw blade into the tool hole as far as it will go.
• Move the lock lever to the lock position.
• Check that the blade is properly seated in the holder by lightly
pulling the blade.
Use the correct saw blades for the intended work..
OPERATION / SETTINGS
ON / OFF
The device is equipped with a switch lock button (9) to prevent
accidental activation. The safety button is located on both sides of
the device casing (fig. F).
Enable:
• Press one end of the switch lock button (9) in and hold it in this
position.
• Press the switch button (8) (fig. G).
• After starting the device, the switch lock button (9) can be
released.
Switching off:
• Releasing the pressure on the switch button (8) stops the device.
The operating speed range of the device is regulated by the degree
of pressure on the switch button.
CUTTING
• Place the front part of the foot (2) flat on the material to be cut
without the blade touching the material.
• Start the saw and adjust the working speed to the properties of
the material to be cut.
• Move the saw blade slowly along the previously marked cutting
line (fig. H, I)
The cut should be made evenly, taking care not to overload the saw.
Excessive pressure on the saw blade will act as a brake, which will
adversely affect the cutting performance.
During work, the entire surface of the foot should adhere to the
surface of the material being processed.
Check that the working tool is correctly attached. Incorrectly or
inaccurately fitted tools may slip during operation and pose a risk
to the operator.
CHANGING THE COLLECTION MODE
• The saw is equipped with a pick-up function for convenient cutting
of soft materials. The function is activated by changing the position
of the pick-up switch (7) from "OFF" to "ON".
FIXING / CHANGING THE FOOT
• The foot position can be adjusted if required. To do this, push the
foot release lever (5) forward. Then it is possible to change its
position or remove. To lock the foot back, return the lever to its
original position.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Before
performing
any
maintenance activities, remove the battery from the device.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
• It is recommended to clean the device immediately after each use.
• Do not use water or other liquids for cleaning.
• Clean the device with a dry cloth or blow it out with low pressure
compressed air.
• Do not use any cleaning agents or solvents as these may damage
the plastic parts.
• Regularly clean the ventilation slots in the motor housing to
prevent overheating of the device.
• Always store the device in a dry place out of the reach of children.
• Store the device with the battery removed.
All kinds of faults should be removed by the manufacturer's
authorized service.
