DETAILED SAFETY REGULATIONS
DETAILED SAFETY RULES (CORDLESS RECIPROCATING SAW)
• Use dust masks when cutting to protect your respiratory system
from produced dust.
• Carefully check the processed material before cutting to eliminate
possibility of cutting nails, bolts, or other hard objects.
• Do not cut objects thicker than allowed in technical specification
for a given material.
• Prior to operation check if there is enough space under processed
material to avoid table or floor damage with the blade.
• Hold the saw with both hands.
• Ensure the saw blade does not have contact with the material
before pressing the switch.
• Do not touch moving parts with your hand.
• Before cutting floor, wall or other material make sure it does not
contain electrical wires.
• Do not put away the saw until it stops moving. Do not switch the
saw on when not holding it with your hand.
• To remove the blade, first switch the saw off with the switch and
wait until the blade stops moving. Then remove battery from the
saw.
• Do not touch the blade or processed material immediately after
the work has been finished. Those elements may be hot and may
cause burns.
• When you experience unusual behaviour of the power tool, see
smoke or hear strange noises, immediately switch off the tool and
remove the battery from the saw.
• To ensure proper cooling keep ventilation holes in the saw body
uncovered.
CAUTION! This device is designed to operate indoors.
The design is assumed to be safe, protection measures and
additional safety systems are used, nevertheless there is always
a small risk of injuries at work.
Li-Ion batteries may leak, set on fire or explode when heated to
high temperature or short-circuited. Do not store the batteries
in a car in hot and sunny days. Do not open the battery. Li-Ion
batteries contain electronic protection devices that, if
damaged, may cause fire or explosion of the battery.
