ARC ON: signal confirming that the electrical arc has been powered up.
0 = arc OFF
1 = arc ON
WELDING TOOL READY: this signal confirms that the welding tool is ready for use (none of the sys-
tem's alarms are active).
0 =welding tool ready for use
1 = system in alarm status
GLUED WIRE ALARM: a signal confirming that the wire was glued to the piece at end of welding.
0 = wire not glued
1 = wire glued
GAS PRESENCE: signal confirming gas flow.
0 = "no gas" alarm
1 = gas present
WATER PRESENCE: signal confirming water flow.
0 = water present
1 = "no water" alarm
PIECE PRESENCE: a signal confirming that the piece was touched during the touch operating mode.
0 = piece not touched
1 = piece touched
SAFETY LIMITS: signal confirming that no alarm is active.
0 = safety limits alarm active
1 = no active alarm
CODE ALARM: it allows the transmission of the alarm code when the system is not ready to weld.

ANTISHOCK: signal that shows the robot arm collision occured.
0 = antishock alarm active
1 = antishock alarm inactive
HEART BIT: confirmation signal active communication.
