The bearings in the vibrator housing have been coated with a high temperature grease at the factory. In the event of repair, the bearings
will need the application of grease, which is to be liberally applied to the roller race (but not excessively), before replacement of the covers.

Washing (high pressure)

Bolted joints – Check
Check and, where necessary, tighten screws and nuts.
V-belt – Checking
1. Remove the protective cover and inspect the V belt.
2. To adjust belt tension, loosen the four engine plate bolts and slide it into position.
3. Tighten the bolts and replace the protective cover.
WARNING
Fuel And Lubricants
Honda: Use SAE 15W/40 Volume: 0.6 (0.65 qts)
Robin: Use SAE 10W/30 Volume: 0.6 l (0.65 qts)
Use ordinary grade petrol (unleaded)
Honda: Volume: 3.6 l (3.8 qts)
Robin: Volume: 3.8 l (4.0 qts)
Use SHELL Stamina EP2 Grease or
Use TOTAL Multis Complex EP2 Grease

Use only the frame lifting hook (1) to lift the machine.
Never run the machine without the protective cover over the V
belt.
