Fault
Insufficient water
Crossflow, hot water is forced into
cold water pipe, or vice versa,
when mixer is closed

correspond with the temperature

Cause
- Supply pressure inadequate
- Filter are dirty (10)
- Shower filter seal dirty
- Backflow preventers dirty or
leaking
- Thermostat has not been
adjusted
- Hot water temperature too low
- Dirt or sedaimentation on valve
seat, shut-off unit damaged
- Flow limiter in handshower isn't
removed
- Filter are dirty
- Non return valve didn't move
back
Remedy
- Check mains pressure
- Clean filter in front of the
mixer and on the MTC-thermo
cartridge (10)
- Clean filter seal between shower
and hose
- Clean backflow preventers,
exchange if necessary
- Adjust thermostat
- Increase hot water temperature
to 42 °C to 65 °C
- Exchange MTC-thermo cartridge
- Clean or exchange shut-off unit
- Remove flow limiter
- Clean the filter/exchange filter
- Exchange non return valves
