ERROR MESSAGES
If there is a sprayer malfunction, the green motor running indicator will blink in a
specific pattern to indicate the type of malfunction. See below for an explanation of
the blinking patterns.
•
The number of blinks immediately following the long pause is the first number
•
The number of blinks immediately following the short pause is the second number
•
e.g. Long pause => 2 blinks => short pause => 1 blink = 21 (Check Transducer)

Description
Indicates that the transducer is not working properly.
Indicates that the potentiometer is not working properly.
Indicates unit is seeing excessively high mechanical load
(e.g. frozen fluid section).
Indicates the motor is shut down due to excessive heat.
Indicates the EPC is shut down due to excessive heat.
Indicates that voltage is below 60 volts. Motor will try to
start once, then display Low Voltage after 3 seconds.
Indicates the motor is shut down due to connection
problems between the motor and controller.
Indicates motor or motor hall sensors are defective.
If pump was stored in cold area, allow the pump to warm
up and retry. If this does not correct the problem the motor
sensor is bad and motor is to be replaced.
Shut pump off for 1 minute to reset, turn on and if still
blinking replace controller
