Supplementary accessories
For precise information regarding suitable accessories, refer to
the manufacturer's instructions.

For solar thermal system 1:
– Solar pump; connection to PS1
– Electronically controlled pump (PWM or 0-10 V);
connection to PS1 and OS1
– Temperature sensor; connection to TS1
– Temperature sensor at the bottom of the first cylinder;
connection to TS2

Additionally for cylinder 1 external heat exchanger (E):
– Heat exchanger pump; connection to VS1/PS2/PS3
– Temperature sensor on heat exchanger; connection to
TS3

Additionally for transfer system (I):

Installation of additional accessories
▶ Install the additional accessories in accordance with legal
requirements and the instructions supplied.

Cleaning
▶ If required, wipe the enclosure with a damp cloth. Never
use aggressive or acidic cleaning agents for this.

Installation
DANGER: Risk of electric shock!
▶ Before installing this product: completely
disconnect heat appliances and all other
BUS nodes from the mains voltage.
▶ Before commissioning: fit the cover
( Fig. 15, page 198).
3.1
Preparation for installation in the heat source
▶ Check by referring to the installation instructions of the
heat source whether there is an option to install modules
(e.g. MS 100) in the heat source.
▶ If the module can be installed in the heat source without a
mounting rail, prepare the module ( Fig. 3 to Fig. 4,
from page 194).
▶ If the module can be installed in the heat source with a
mounting rail, observe Fig. 7 to Fig. 8, from page 195.
3.2
Installation
▶ Install the module on a wall, ( Fig. 3 to Fig. 7, starting at
page 194), on a mounting rail ( Fig. 7, page 195), in an
assembly or in a heat source.
▶ When installing the module in a heat source, follow the
instructions for the heat source.
▶ When removing the module from the mounting rail, refer to
Fig. 8 on page 195.
