and this loss of height is therefore not covered by the warranty. After 5
years local loss of height (formation of depressions due to body pressure)
of up to 2.0 cm is normal. This means that complaints with formation of
depressions due to body pressure smaller than these sizes are not

Dimensions
In relation to mutual relations between the products, the dimensions of
mattresses and top mattresses may differ from the nominal size.
Exchange guarantee for mattresses
It is possible that after several weeks you are still not satisfied with your Auping
mattress(es). In that case, you may utilize the Auping exchange guarantee. The
trade-in guarantee depends on the country or region of purchase. Ask your
dealer whether the trade-in guarantee is valid in your area. This means that the
firmness of the mattress may be changed free of charge. You can claim the
exchange guarantee up to 90 days after delivery by the Auping shop. Please
contact the Auping shop where you bought the mattress(es). It is only possible
to change the firmness of the mattress(es), not the type. In almost 80% of the
cases we change the core of the mattress, "the interior" of the mattress. From
a hygiene standpoint , the old core will then be recycled. It is not possible to
change the core separately of a few mattress models, these will be recycled
completely. Almost 100% of the mattresses and mattress cores can be reused
for new metal, insulation material or judo mats.
Terms and conditions:
• This guarantee only applies to non-upholstered mattresses or to
upholstered mattresses with the fixation system. The exchange
guarantee applies to both 1-person and 2-person mattresses.
• The exchange guarantee does not apply to showroom models.
• The Auping shop is free to charge you call-out charges/transport costs.
Warranty on duvets & pillows
Duvets and pillows are covered by a complete, 2-year warranty. This
means that should there be material or manufacturing defects within 2
years after the invoice date the complete replacement or repair costs will
be refunded. For duvets it also applies, if the product can no longer be
repaired, it will be eligible for a 3 year additional warranty on the basis
of depreciation. In 2 to 3 years after the invoice date you will receive 75%
discount, in 3 to 4 years 50% discount and in 4 to 5 years 25% discount,
all calculated on the original purchase value of the first product.
