4.4.3 Measurement with pump/coupler
To measure with the pump/coupler, follow instructions for use 9300078.
4.4.4 Hose and sensor measurements
Hose and sensor measurements up to 45 m are possible in connection with the X-
am pump. The flushing time can be freely selected. The hose must be flushed with
the air sample to be measured before every measurement. The flushing time
depends on the conditions of use and must be determined by the user. Typical

4.4.5 Saving the result and measurement location
The measurement result can be assigned to a measurement location directly after
measurement if desired. This requires the measurement location to first be
configured in the device with the CC-Vision software.
Assign the measurement result as follows:
1. In the result display (graphic D/3c), access the list of predefined locations.
2. Select Measurement location.
3. Confirm the selection with OK.
After confirmation, the measurement result is stored independent of an assignment
to a measurement location. The last 100 measurements can be displayed on a PC
(see 7.1.4) using CC-Vision or directly on the X-act 7000. To display the
measurements, select the DOWN softkey
logger" item.
4.4.6 Carry out further measurements
After the measurement, further measurements may be carried out until all
Dräger MicroTubes have been used. It is possible to carry out 10 measurements
per MicroTubes.

4.4.7 Eject or change Dräger MicroTubes
If all Dräger MicroTubes have been used (0/10 will appear at the top of the display)
or another substance needs to be measured, the Dräger MicroTubes will need to be
changed.
1. Navigate to the main screen (Graphic D/2).
2. Press UP (Graphic D/2c)
