5.2 LADDER WITH 3 ELEMENTS WITH CORD

1) Lie the ladder down on the ground.
Using your hands, pull the 3rd
element along the 2nd one to the
required length. Attach the hooks
onto the required step (1).
2) Lean the ladder against the wall
with the narrower element facing
the user.
3) Insert and screw on the
stabilising base.

ATTENTION: CUTTING DANGER
The user needs the make sure that
nobody has his own hands on the
rungs while he is extending the
2nd element.
5) Pull the rope from the internal side
(towards the wall) until the desired
height is reached. Then, stop as
soon as the blocking device is
above the corresponding rung.
Moving the cord towards the upri-
ght, make certain that the hook
stopper is locked on the step.
5) Anchor the ladder on top with a
belt or another device, in order to
avoid any sliding or side skidding
risk.
6) The ladder is now ready for use.
Do not use the ladder at higher
heights than those indicated
7) lf you need to lower the ladder:
- pull the rope for another 20 cm
and stop before the blocking
device touches the rung on top of
that on which the device was
placed;
- pull and slowly release the cord.
