8. WARRANTY

VALIDITY: 5 years from the date of purchase under exhibition of the invoice or any valid fiscal receipt.
REGULATIONS:
- Send back the warranty coupon;
- Compliance with the generai and specific norms while using the ladder;
- Freight to be born by the buyer;
- The manufacturer shouiders ali responsabilities for any manufacturing defects, acknowledged by the technical
dep. at our premises;
- The ladder must be sent to the mantáfacturer fóor inspection. If the manufacturer acknowledgeg that he is
responsible for the defect, the ladder will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Otherwise, if the ladder can be repaired, an estimate of the costs wili be sent to the customer.
If the ladder cannot be repaired, the ladder will be sent back or destroyed according to the customer's wishes.
