5.1
Power supply
The GF U1000 V2 WM/WHM operates within the voltage range 12 - 24V AC/DC.
GF supplies a 12VAC power supply as an option.
If you intend to use an alternative power supply it must have a minimum rating of 7VA per instrument.
Connect the power supply to the left-hand terminal block labelled +VIN, -VIN and Screen.
NOTICE
External power supply must be class 2 rated.
NOTICE
It is the responsibility of the installer to conform to the regional voltage safety directives when connecting the GF U1000 V2 WM/
WHM to a power supply using a mains-rated transformer.
WARNING!
Electric shock due to short-current!
Before connecting the GF U1000 V2 WM/WHM to an external power supply, make sure that the power supply is switched off
5.2
Guiderail / flow sensors
Connect the flow sensors to pins J1 and J3 using the attached 5m cables.
5.3
Temperature probes (HM versions only)
Connect the two PT100 temperature probes to the terminal blocks labelled RTDA and RTDB using the attached 4-core, 5m cables,
as shown below. Do not fasten the probes to the pipework until you have carried out the calibration.
