TIGHTEN SCREWS
1. Choose the required size of impact socket and place the impact socket on the square of the drive
shaft (1).
2. Connect the air impact wrench to the compressed air source hose.
3. Set the regulator (3) to the smallest power level and direction of rotation for tightening the screw.
4. Place the impact socket on the hex of the bolt or nut, hold the impact wrench and press the
trigger.
5. Increase the power level on the regulator (3), if necessary.
6. Stop tightening when the nut or bolt touches the workpiece to be fastened.
7. Always tighten all screw connections with a torque wrench to the required torque.

Flush and lubricate tool, drain air tank and supply line
Increase line pressure, make sure compressor matches
tool's air pressure and consumption needs
Use teflon tape at all fittings and joints.
Check tool for worn or damaged o-rings & seals.
Replace as necessary
Be sure you are using a tool suited for the sanding
requirements of the job at hand.
