1ST CLICK - CLEANING
Turn the knob clockwise to the first click. Keep it in
this position for a few seconds until all the dirt on the
filter cartridge is completely removed.
Warning! A minimum pressure of at least 2 bar is required to effectively flush the filter. If necessary,
make sure that no water is consumed by the connected devices while the filter is being cleaned.
A2.2 Special maintenance
If special maintenance or repair work is not carried out properly, it can impair functional and/or safety
features: operations of this kind are intentionally omitted from this manual. All special maintenance
operations must be performed exclusively by authorised Acqua Brevetti SRL TSCs.
The filter element should be replaced when the filter element is visibly dirty and/or routine cleaning has little
effect. The filter must be sanitised once a year or after periods of non-use exceeding 30 days. Use only original
replacement parts. Unauthorised alterations or changes of any part of the device are not permitted.
A2.3 Disuse
Disuse means that the water system remains static without any water taken from the taps (e.g., a holiday
period). Disuse of up to 30 days: Perform the filter cleaning operation repeatedly (4-5 times), keeping the
filter in the drain position for at least 30 seconds to allow adequate flushing of the filter. Disuse of over 30
days: Contact an Acqua Brevetti authorised Technical Support Centre (TSC) to sanitise the filter (special
maintenance operation).
