butterfly nut and bolt that is supplied with this part.
-Put the rear protecting grid in place in the holes and tighten down the
fixing nut to the right as far as possible, then put the blades in place
and tighten down the blade fixing nut to the left.
-Finally put the front protecting grid in place in the two top holes fixing
the same with the protection clips.
-Once the two protecting grids are in place, tighten them down with the
nut and bolt and close all the safety clips.
To put the fan blades in place, please take the following steps:
1.-Put in place the rear protecting grille by pushing the studs through
the holes in the grille support.
2.-Screw the fixing nut down tightly to the right ("h")
3.-Put the fan blades in place on the motor spindle, taking into
consideration that the blades themselves fit in perfectly with the two
spindle stops (please see illustration)
4.-Screw the blade fixing nuts down tightly towards the left
5.-Put in place the front protecting grille by fitting together the hole and
the protection clips.
6.-Once the two protecting grilles are in place, fix them down with the
screw and snap down all the safety clips.
Starting up the appliance:
-Please ensure that the ON/OFF switch is in the 0/ OFF position before
plugging it into the mains electricity supply.
-Connect the appliance to the mains electricity supply.
-Please choose the airflow speed you require. Three positions can be
selected:
"1" – low airflow.
"2" – medium airflow.
"3" – maximum airflow.
-For the fan to sweep from left to right, press down the stop/sweep
button located on the rear of the fan. If you want to stop the fan from
sweeping pull the button upwards gently and it will stop sweeping
immediately.
-The tilting of the fan can be done manually. To do this, turn off the fan,
take hold of the motor body in your hands and adjust the fan head by
pushing gently to the angle desired. Once this has been done you can
turn on the fan again.
-Please always unplug the appliance once you have finished using the
same.
