Functions Operated with Camera Controller
You can use the following functions with Sony camera
controller CSPK-1000 after setting or adjusting the
item on the on-screen menu.
PAN/TILT
• Move the joystick in your desired direction to control
the pan operation. The pan speed can be changed
according to the angle of the joystick.
• Press AUTO PAN on the controller for the automatic
pan operation. Select the auto-pan speed from any of
AUTO PAN SPEED of the PAN/TILT sub menu
(See page 10.)
LIMIT
You can set the range of the pan operation with the
controller. Select the operation from any of PAN
LIMIT of the PAN/TILT sub menu (See page 10.)
Viewing angle may differ depending on the zoom
position even if the defined limit is the same.
AUTO-FLIP
When the camera tilts downward and goes just beyond
the vertical position, the dome rotates 180 ° . When the
dome rotates, the camera starts moving upward. The
auto-flip function is useful for following a person who
passes directly beneath the camera.
Set AUTO-FLIP of the PAN/TILT sub menu to ON to
use the auto-flip function (See page 10.) When
AUTO-FLIP is set to OFF, the auto-flip function does
not work.
FLIP
When FLIP on the controller is pressed, the dome
stops after rotating 180 ° .
PRESET
The camera is capable of going to 64-preset locations,
each with a 12 character label.

AREA LABEL SETTING
The camera is capable of going to eight ranges of pan
operation, each with a 12 character label.
The area label can be set from one to eight.
If the same area is set to different label numbers, the
higher number is displayed.

Instructions.
MEMORY SCAN
You can scan the pan, tilt, zoom and preset operations
for 60 seconds. Press MEMORY SCAN on the
controller to scan the memorized pattern.
The memorized pattern may be slightly different from
the actual moving.
ZOOM
It is possible to magnify the picture by up to 18 times
optically and 180 times digitally. When DIGITAL
ZOOM is set to ON, the optical zoom and the digital
zoom are changed automatically (See page 10.)
