The SSC-CR512/512P/712/712P produce high quality
images thanks to the 1/4 inch Super HAD (Hole-
Accumulated Diode) CCD
Device). They also have the following features:
High magnification
It is possible to magnify the picture by up to 18 times
optically and 180 2) times digitally. When DIGITAL
ZOOM is set to ON, the optical zoom and the digital
zoom are switched automatically.
Functions to obtain a clear picture
• When shooting in poorly-lit conditions, the built-in
memory automatically increases the sensitivity to

• Shaking of the camera is detected and corrected
(when IMAGE STABILIZER of the OTHERS sub
menu is set to ON.)
Wide range of the pan and tilt functions
• 360° endless pan with maximum pan speed 240°/sec.
• Memory scan to scan the preset pattern of the pan, tilt
and zoom operations for 60 seconds.
• Auto pan to repeat the horizontal movement inside
the preset range.
• Auto flip – when the camera tilts downward and goes
just beyond the vertical position, the dome rotates
180°. When the dome rotates, the camera starts
moving upward.
• Smart pan to change the moving speed according to
the view angle.
