1.- ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of its box and make
sure that all of the pieces are there

The assistance of a second person
is recommended when assembling
this unit.

Wrenches
1.- FITTING THE FRONT
STABILISER BAR.-
Bring the front stabiliser bar (A3) to
the main body (A1) Fig.1, insert the
bolts (24), fit the washers (37) and the
nuts (19). Tighten securely.
2.- FITTING THE REAR
SUPPORT.-
Place the rear support (A4) at the
bottom of the rail (A2), Fig.2.
Fit the bolts (26) with their washers
(38) and tighten securely.
3.- MOUNTING THE SEAT.-
Insert seat (A5) in rail (A2), in the
direction indicated by the arrow, as
shown in figure Fig.3.
4.- MOUNTING THE ALUMINIUM
RAIL.-
Insert aluminium rail (A2) in the
direction indicated by the arrow, into
the central frame (A1) Fig.4.
Insert screws (26), the washers (40),
(39) and tighten securely.
5.- FITTING THE FOOT RESTS.-
Fit the screws (23), the washers (36)
and the nuts (22) on the left (A6) and
right (A7) footrests, Fig.5.
Use the multi-function wrench to fit the
left (A6) and right (A7) pedal to the
main body (A1), Fig.5.
6.- FITTING THE PEDAL AXLE.-
Lift the unit in the direction of the
arrow, Fig.6 and position it vertically.
Use the multi-function wrench to fit the
pedal axle (A8) using the screw (22)
and the nut (18).
LEVELLING.-
Once the unit has been placed into its
final position for doing exercise, make
sure that it sits flat on the floor and
that it is level. This can be achieved by
screwing
the
blocks (64) up or down, as shown in
Fig.7, I.
The foot pad (51) should be 5-10mm
from the ground, Fig.7, II.
MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The unit is equipped with wheels (50),
Fig.7, to make it easier to move. The
wheels located at the front of your unit
make it easier to move it into a chosen
