Your flail mower has three forward
gears, one reverse gear and the neutral
position. In order to change gear, all you
need to do is move the gear Lever (Fig.
5.10) positioned at the left handle that
steers your vehicle. When in third gear
you can reach a maximum speed of 3.4
Km/h, while in reverse R the speed is
2.2 Km/h.
CAUTION :
Whenever changing gear, you should
always release the vehicle clutch
Lever. NEVER TRY TO CHANGE

THERE IS THE RISK OF SERIOUS
DAMAGE TO THE GEARBOX
The right and left wheel unlockers
(Fig. 5.11) help turning direction when
working the flail mower.
CAUTION :
When working on a slope (Fig.
5.12) do NOT use the right and left
wheel unlockers simultaneously, this
would exclude the service brake
and overturn its security function.
Release the vehicle clutch Lever, and
the wheels block immediately, and
the service break will reactivate.
