This product complies with European Directive 2012/19/EU on electrical and electronic de-
vices, known as WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), provides the legal frame-
work applicable in the European Union for the disposal and reuse of waste electronic and
electrical devices. Do not dispose of this product in the bin, instead going to the electrical and
electronic waste collection centre closest to your home.

CAUSE
Power cable not connected.
ON/OFF key off
The cable or plug may be damaged
Flexible tube / telescopic tube
obstructed.
Dust collection bag too full.
The power regulator is not at the
minimum level, if there is one.
The dust collection bag is not fitted.
The deposit cover is not fully closed
The pad is not adjusted to the type of
floor it is attempting to clean
Power regulator adjusted to a very
high level
SOLUTION
Connect the power cable to a suitable
electrical outlet.
Switch the ON/OFF key on
They must be repaired by an
authorized service centre.
Clean the tubes.
Change the dust collection bag
Increase the suction level.
Introduce the dust collection bag.
Close the cover properly.
Use the pad brushes for a smooth
floor and remove them when vacuum
cleaning rugs and carpets
Reduce the suction power using dial
