Disposal
EU countries only:
Under the current European Directive on Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment and its implementation in national law,
electrical and electronic equipment no longer suitable for use
must be collected separately and recycled in an environmen-
tally compatible manner.
End-of-life battery packs contain large quantities of
valuable raw materials and plastics which can also
be recycled.

Battery packs must not be disposed of with household
waste!
•
Return faulty or worn-out battery packs to the Bosch
retailer!
•
Before disposing of the battery pack, doscharge it in the
power tool. Insulate the contacts to prevent short-circuit
-in (e.g. with adhesive tape)
EU countries only:
In accordance with Directive 2006/66/EC, defective or spent
rechargeable batteries / batteries must be recycled. Waste
rechargeable / non-rechargeable batteries can be returned to
the point of purchase or to a collection facility for hazardous
substances.
