GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE
The Chef Comfort Pro system applied to the
cooking block improves the operator's work con-
ditions, reducing heat and efficiently sending
cooking fumes towards the hood .
To insert the air blade system in the cook-
ing block, insert the 20 cm motorised module
(20*1TLA) to which the specific handrails can be
connected, placing them on the left or right for a
maximum total width of 160 cm .

The handrail has holes where air comes out
which can be directed due to swaying of the
handrail (see figure) .
